I’m so happy to say that real-life classes have started this week….welcome back! There have been a few small changes to make sure everyone stays safe and healthy but what has remained the same is seeing everyone chatting, smiling and getting their Pilates back on.

Thanks for all your support, keeping to the new rules and returning to classes. It’s good to be back!

2 Metres social distancing at all times – Marked spaces on the floor for you to place your mat, a maximum of 14 / 15 people in a class (depending on venue) and everyone must book in advance.

Face masks – Please wear when arriving at the class, if you pop to the toilet and when leaving. You can remove your mask when you are on your mat (unless you would prefer to keep it on).

No sharing of equipment & hands-free teaching – Bring your own exercise mat and head block / towel. I will be demonstrating and giving verbal instructions but there will be no physical correction as I must keep 2 metres away.

45 minute classes – To allow for one class to leave and the next to arrive without crossing paths. Hand rails and door handles cleaned between classes.

When arriving – Please use the hand sanitiser at the entrance to all classes. Use before your class, if you pop to the toilet and when leaving.

NHS track & trace – Download the NHS Covid-19 app in advance and scan the QR code to ‘check-in’ to your class on arrival. Don’t worry if you do not have a compatible phone, I am also required to keep a register of who attends the class.

You must not attend the class if you or anyone in your household has COVID-19 symptoms, have been told to self-isolate or are waiting for a test result.
