The next planned taster sessions are running the first week of November. This is the ideal time to try a class with other people who are also new to Pilates!

  • Improve flexibility to feel more supple and move more easily
  • Covid secure with extra measures in place to keep classes safe

Booking must be made in advance. There’s also some pre-screening health forms to complete before attending a class.
