Pilates Classes

Are you:

  • Fed up with having niggling aches and pains?
  • Being told by your doctor or physiotherapist that starting Pilates will help you (spinal disc issues, sciatica, arthritis, back ache)?
  • Feeling stiff and muscles tight?
  • Lacking in energy?
  • Can’t do as much as you used to?

Pilates classes are right for you if you want to improve your posture, strengthen your core, stretch tight muscles and ease stiff joints. Basically you want to look, feel and move better!

The 6 Week Introduction Course involves attending 1-2 classes per week (your choice!). The classes are mixed level with a maximum of 15 people in a class.

Over the 6 weeks we cover the basics of Pilates and progress the exercises to help you become stronger, flexible and aware of your posture (in and out of the class).
